JCN is a consulting company specialized in supporting companies in their transition processes in direction of becoming a more flexible, adaptive organisation. Often this is called – agile transition.

There is a lot more to this than using SCRUM, KANBAN or other lean, agile principles and techniques. Sometimes you see organisations performing these techniques at almost utmost perfection, but still one of the principles – value creation – is rather neglected. It is not about optimising techniques, it is about optimising value creation, customer orientation and employee involvement.

For reaching this, management and all employees have to change and continuously adapt. A company transition in that direction will not work if decided solely by the top nor as a grass root initiative. It needs mindset changes by everyone and clear leadership and strong involvement by the management.
